Average American Is Guilty Of Eating Junk Food Three Days A Week, Study Finds

By Nick Dimengo Seattle (Knewz) — As it turns out, eating junk food is a guilty pleasure that many Americans often indulge in — maybe a bit too much. According to a new survey of 2,004 U.S. adults from OnePoll (in partnership with Lundberg Family Farms), the average person is guilty of eating junk food at least three nights per week, with 19 percent of respondents saying they look for a snack following dinner.
