By David Morgan WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Federal appellate Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, President Joe Biden’s pick to become the first Black woman to serve on the U.S. Supreme Court, visited the Senate on Wednesday as lawmakers from both parties mulled her candidacy for the lifetime post.
