Virus dampens holidays worldwide as vaccinations gather speed

Dover (United Kingdom) (AFP) – Thousands of truckers endured Christmas Eve stranded near a major British port, ensnared in the chaos unleashed by a new coronavirus strain, as Western countries speeded up mass vaccinations.
